Guest sentiment
A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"Found this shop during mco. Used to be in my top list but another porridge has beat it. Love the fried intestine porridge and also the fried wanton is a must try. Always try to go early once the shop open at 5:30pm. Else there will be hard to get parking. Close on Sunday."
"Old style kopitiam type...so atmosphere is ...... sit by the road side type. Porridge here is the best, especially the fried intestine (eeewwww but damn nice) Curry noodle reminds me of old school canteen style while the wan tan noodle is ok ok. Best, still is the porridge"
"Neighbourhood Porridge and noodles shop.... Taste good n consistent"
"Wantan mee, curry sauce and red bean tong Sui is nice."
"neighbour hood taste. take your order fast, food serving lagi fast."
"This is a famous Wan Tan Noodles, Mee Kari (Ayam) and Pork porridge shop in Kepong. I crave their Pork porridge as it has crispy fried pork intestines which mix well in the hot porridge. I normally add the fried wantans as a side dish which alao goes well with the mee kari or Wan Tan noodles. Ambience - 6/10 ( most of the tables are on the side walk which kind of dim) Presentation - 7/10 (only for the porridge) Taste - 9/10"
"This is my 2nd time try the curry mee. 1st time the taste is just normal, nothing special. 2nd, I try to added the curry paste, I should said, if you can eat spicy, added the paste is must."
"Tried the pork porridge and chicken porridge, wanton soup as well. The taste is exceptional not too salty, reasonably priced as well."
